The driver got to the car wash and everyone bailed out of the car on foot and disappeared by the time the deputy pulled up. The deputy says two people came back tot he car wash a while later to get the car, only to find the deputy waiting on them. He arrested a 17-year old on a charge of DWI Under 21, after a breath test showed a blood alcohol of .05. He also cited the teen for careless, reckless driving. The passenger, another 17-year old, was charged with underage consumption and released to a family member.
