Tuesday, Wilkesboro Police observed a man by the name Lindbergh Foster driving North on HWY 421 who an officer had told the day before not to dive due to the reason he wasn't in good enough physical condition. Foster then pulled into the parking lot of Smart Cuts as officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. When Mr. Foster was told several times by an officer the day before not to drive. Foster replied several times "he didn't care.” After running Fosters license, the license came back to be revoked for a Failure to Appear in Watauga County. Foster's vehicle was towed from the scene and specifically ordered not to be released to him without a family member present to drive the vehicle back home.
