Speeding and Drugs

From speeding to drugs.  Wilkesboro Police initiated a traffic stop after they observed a car on Hwy 421 doing 75 in a 55mph zone.  Two people were in the car.  When the vehicle owner opened the glove compartment to get their registration, Police saw a glass pipe in the box.  Police then conducted a search of the vehicle and found another smoking pipe and a baggie with marijuana residue.  The drug items were seized as evidence.Both of the people in the car were arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
