Batteries, batteries, and more batteries stolen

Last week we reported on a couple cases of batteries being stolen from trucks around the area, and asked the question what could someone need so many batteries for? Maybe they're trying to keep up with the Energizer Bunny? A resident of Beaver Creek Road in Wilkesboro reported to the Sheriff's Department that someone had taken the batteries from his logging truck at his building across the road from his residence sometime during the night Tuesday. There are no leads or suspects in the case.
