In Through the Bedroom Window

The thief didn’t break a window in the back door this time, which is a common occurrence with local break-ins.  This time the thief came through a bedroom window.  The homeowner works out of town and was not at their Damascus Road residence when theft happened.  In fact the victim’s sister noticed the break-in Monday afternoon and called the Sheriff’s Department.  The items reported stolen included a laptop and some jewelry valued at nearly 500 dollars.  Damages to the window are listed at 100 dollars.   There is currently no word on suspects.
