Arrests Pending for Drinking and Leaving

They have the names but no arrests yet.  Wilkesboro Police were called to Monte de Rey recently regarding a larceny.  Restaurant staff told Police that two people, a man and a woman, came in and ordered something to drink.  Later the waiter noticed the two had left without paying their bill.  A witness recognized the two as a brother and sister and gave Police their name.  Wilkesboro Police were able to get in touch with a family member and determined where the two lived.  Warrants were issued for their arrests, but the suspects were not at home when Police went looking for them.  Again, charges are pending their arrests, so the names cannot be released at this time.
