Public Hearing on Wilkes Election Sites

The Wilkes County Board of Elections will host a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 8^th at 7:00 pm at the Champion Fire Department at 491 Champion Mt. Pleasant Road. The purpose of the hearing is to get public input concerning proposed changes:  1--Move of polling place to the Champion Fire Department from Mt. Pleasant School and 2--Merger of the Mt. Pleasant and Jobs Cabin precincts.  Again, the Public Hearing on the proposed changes is Tuesday, October 8th at 7pm at the Champion Fire Dept.  If you have any questions about this hearing you may contact Kim Caudill at 336-651-7339.
