Car Stolen and Found

The car was stolen.  Then it was returned, but who took it and why?  The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Department was called to investigate the theft of a white, 4-door Oldsmobile car taken from the victim’s home in North Wilkesboro.  The victim reported that he had left the keys in the unlocked car which was parked in his driveway.  Later, the victim called Sheriff’s Deputies to report that his car had been found just a short distance away from his house.  The car was undamaged and has been returned to the owner.  Again, there is no word on who took the car or why they just drove it a short distance up the road.
