Who Is The Guilty Dog?

Animal Control will be looking for the dog and the Wilkes Sheriff's Office will be looking for the owner.  A woman from Lenoir was traveling on Sampson Road in Wilkes when a large brown dog came out of a wooded area near a house and began biting the woman's car.  The victim continued driving while the dog was still biting the vehicle.  The woman was able to see the extent of the damages when she got home and called the Sheriff's Dept.  That investigation is ongoing.
