Stolen Coins

Some collectible coins were stolen from a local business.  The Wilkes Sheriff's Office was called this week to a business in Boomer.  The business owner reported that nearly $800 in old coins were taken from his business.  Stolen coins included:  40 Indian Head pennies, 3 3-cent nickels, 40 silver dollars, 3 coin proof sets, and 30 V nickels.  There is a possible suspect in this theft; the investigation is still ongoing.
